• Meta (Facebook) Pixel — measures ad performance and lets us reach similar audiences on Facebook and Instagram. It may set cookies and share event data (such as page views and form submissions) with Meta.

We keep enquiry and project information for as long as needed to respond to you, deliver our services, and meet legal or accounting requirements — typically no longer than 3 years after our last contact, unless a longer period is required by law. You can ask us to delete your data sooner (see below).

9. Data security

We use reputable providers with encryption in transit (HTTPS) and access controls, and we limit who can see your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

10. Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed at children. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "last updated" date above. Material changes will be made clear on this page.
