Everything below is written to be read, not skimmed past. If anything's unclear, just ask.
The minimum order is 15 seconds of finished video. Shorter cutdowns (6s bumpers, 10s teasers) can be added to any project as low-cost deliverables — ask us during your consultation.
Your concept brief includes one free revision. If you'd like us to develop additional concept directions or rework the brief again, each extra concept round is billed at A$300. This keeps the free stage genuinely useful without letting projects stall in endless ideation.
Note: this A$300 covers reworking or adding directions to a brief we've already written. It's different from the +A$1,000 / concept Creative Direction add-on, which is for developing a concept, script and storyboard from a blank page.
Every project includes one free watermarked demo, produced after you approve the concept brief. If you'd like an alternative demo version (different style, different concept), each additional demo is billed at A$600.
Demos remain the property of Ddudu until your deposit is paid — they're for evaluation only and can't be published, edited, or used commercially.
Your final deliverable includes 3 free revision rounds. Additional rounds are billed at A$500 per round.
A revision is an adjustment within the approved concept and storyboard: pacing, music choice, color, on-screen text, voiceover tweaks, trimming a shot.
A scope change is anything that alters what was approved: a new concept, added scenes, a longer runtime, a different product or offer. Scope changes are quoted separately before any work begins — no surprise invoices.
50% deposit is due after you approve the free demo — nothing before. The remaining 50% balance is due before we deliver the clean, unwatermarked final files.

Your free demo is delivered within 48 hours of concept approval. After your deposit, the final cut of a typical 30-second ad is delivered within 10 business days.
Need it faster? Rush delivery (5 business days) is available for +25% of the project total, subject to capacity — confirm rush availability before paying your deposit.
Before the deposit: cancel anytime, at no cost. The consultation, brief, and demo are genuinely free.
Within 48 hours of paying the deposit, before production has started: we refund 50% of the deposit.
Once production has begun: the deposit is non-refundable — it covers work already done. You owe nothing further, and no deliverables or rights transfer.
After full payment, you receive full commercial rights — worldwide, perpetual, across all channels: paid ads, organic social, your website, broadcast, everything. No hidden licensing fees, no renewals.
Ddudu may showcase the finished work in our portfolio and case studies. If you'd prefer we don't, just tell us at kickoff — opting out is free.
Final delivery includes high-resolution master files (4K where applicable) plus crops for every major platform (9:16, 1:1, 16:9). ProRes masters are available on request at no charge.
Editable project files and raw source assets are available as a flat $500 add-on, delivered with the final files.
Happy to sign an NDA before your consultation — no charge. Unreleased products and campaign details are treated as confidential by default, NDA or not.
Because every ad is custom work, payments for completed and delivered work are non-refundable. That said: if we fail to deliver your final cut more than 10 business days past the agreed deadline (and the delay is ours, not caused by pending feedback or assets), you may cancel for a full refund of your deposit.
